Thomas Burleson named Director of After Sales & Technical Support

Storyteller Overland, an industry leader in the class B RV and adventure vehicle manufacturing space, recently promoted Thomas Burleson to Director of After Sales & Technical Support.

Thomas has been in the RV industry for seven years, starting his career on the production line at Tiffin Motorhomes.

“I eventually moved my way into service, where I learned the ins and outs of how to take care of customers in such an intriguing industry,” he said.

He joined the Storyteller team in January 2022 as Service Manager. With his promotion to Director of After Sales & Technical Support, Thomas has the ability to build Storyteller’s after-sales team in his and Storyteller’s vision.

“You never know where life will lead you, and I am so excited it led me to Storyteller and the awesome community that has been built,” he said. “We have come a long way in the year and few months I have been here, and I look forward to matching our build quality with the after-sales care our customers deserve.”

Thomas graduated from UAB with a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Production.
