This month, we are proud to recognize Stefphon Turner, SubAssembly Technician for MODE, as our September Team Member Spotlight!

His teammates describe him as dependable, thoughtful, and driven. He consistently does his job well, takes on any task asked of him, and is always ready to lend a hand—often dropping what he’s doing to help others without hesitation. He’s especially supportive of new team members, demonstrating both gratitude and loyalty by making sure others feel welcomed and set up for success.

Known for his pleasant attitude, quiet confidence, and commitment to craftsmanship, Stefphon embodies the spirit of authenticity and integrity in how he approaches every day. Outside of work, he is a devoted father, bringing the same dedication and care to his family and friends that he shows his team.

We’re proud to announce that our August Team Member Spotlight shines brightly on Eric Sobaski, Station Lead from EPIC Production.

Eric’s teammates describe him as the embodiment of Integrity, Quality, and Craftsmanship—values he lives out every single day. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help others in the shop, genuinely cares about those he works alongside, and works hard to keep things moving smoothly in a fun and fast-paced environment. His care for people extends far beyond the workplace, showing the same excellence in integrity and loyalty with his family and friends as he does on the job.

When Glenn joined the Quality team, some may have expected a grumpy gatekeeper of perfection. But what we got instead was a dedicated coach, a thoughtful teacher, and a true craftsman who led with both standards and support. He listens before he speaks, offers wisdom without ego, and always looks for ways to help others grow.

Glenn, your influence has helped shape the culture of excellence we strive for every day. Beyond the tools and techniques, you’ve taught us about patience, integrity, and the power of doing things the right way—whether that’s on the Production floor or in life. Your legacy lives on in every van that rolls out of the building, every team member you’ve mentored, and every laugh we have shared along the way.

Enjoy retirement—you’ve more than earned it. Just don’t forget to come back and tell us some more stories!!

We are thrilled to celebrate our April Team Member Spotlight winner: Tori Riddle, Director of Brand Design!

Tori brings passion, care, and creativity to everything she touches. She leads the charge in making sure our brand is not only seen—but felt—in powerful, meaningful ways by both our internal team and the entire Storyteller community. Her design work continues to define and elevate the aesthetics and experience of our brand, and her contributions make Storyteller Overland a company we can all be proud to be part of.

Tori is a thoughtful leader for the Marketing and Design teams—always ready to offer smart, kind guidance and bring fresh ideas to the table. She’s an incredible steward of both our brand and the people who stand behind it, and she continually seeks new and creative ways to engage with our community. Even when juggling multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines, she does it all with humility, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Her dedication especially shined during a recent owner event in Oregon. Tori was up at the crack of dawn to support both her team remotely and the owners onsite—spending her days connecting, capturing content, answering questions, and making everyone feel like part of the family. Whether she was helping a future owner with their HILT deposit or sending out personalized updates, she went above and beyond at every turn. Even after the event, Tori continued working long hours with limited connectivity, never missing a beat. And when a teammate got sick during their travels, she didn’t hesitate to step in, showing up not just as a coworker, but as a true friend.

Tori, thank you for being such a kind, creative, and committed part of this team. You show us what it looks like to lead with heart, and we’re incredibly lucky to have you here at Storyteller.

Andy may be new to STO, but he hit the ground running. In just his first month, he gained such a strong understanding of our processes that he was already training new hires. 

His vast knowledge of tools and building has been an asset to the team, and allowed him to step up to mentor his teammates, Demond and Ken, helping refine their techniques and setting them up for success.

Andy’s problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning make him an incredible addition to our team. He’s always looking for ways to improve processes, share knowledge, and help others succeed. His patience, humility, and willingness to teach others have made a lasting impact in a short time.

Outside of work, Andy carries that same dedication and generosity into his community. He spends his free time helping others with handyman projects, building furniture, and supporting family and friends. He also builds computers and electronics, constantly seeking new skills and knowledge for the future.

Andy, your hard work and leadership do not go unnoticed. Congratulations on being our March Team Member Spotlight!

This month, we’re thrilled to recognize Steven Hollingsworth, Storyteller Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor, as our February Team Member Spotlight winner! 🎉

Steven’s dedication to maintaining an organized, efficient, and accurate warehouse is nothing short of remarkable. He consistently reviews Bills of Materials to ensure precise part consumption and inventory levels, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to quality and reliability. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, his impact is felt across the entire team.

Steven’s work ethic speaks for itself—he shows up every day ready to tackle challenges head-on, holding himself and those around him to a high standard. His straightforward approach might be tough at times, but as one nominator put it: “You can’t keep a warehouse clean without some scouring pads.” His dedication, consistency, and drive are what keep our warehouse operations running.

Anytime he’s needed on his regularly scheduled days off, he is there to help—even if it doesn’t pertain to his daily responsibilities. Kyra has been a driving force behind the success of the Flarespace team this year, and her nominators shared some truly inspiring words about her contributions.

This innovative service not only enhances the customer experience but also introduces a new revenue stream for Flarespace, driving both topline growth and profitability. Kyra continually seeks opportunities to add value, suggesting complementary accessories to enhance the install experience for customers, installers, and Flarespace alike. She consistently delivers top-tier, 'white glove' service to both Flarespace customers and certified installers, ensuring every detail of the installation process is carefully managed. We’re incredibly fortunate to have her on our team!

Kyra is always proactively looking for process improvements and embraces change to drive progress. She approaches her job with a business mindset, focusing on cost-saving measures and contributing to revenue growth through strategic decisions. Kyra fosters a culture of learning, continually seeking improvement in everything she does."

Here’s what they had to say: "Tammy is always happy and welcoming to everyone she encounters. She shows up each and every day to be sure that we are all paid correctly and on time. She lives out our values of joy, stewardship, gratitude, and loyalty from the time she arrives until the time she leaves, and even after hours. Tammy is always going above and beyond to help others and take care of the day-to-day. At the office, she is Mama Tammy and gives out hugs on a daily basis. Outside of work, she is the same loving and caring person we've all come to know. Whether it's sending her son care packages in Texas or taking care of home, she never passes up the opportunity to brighten someone else's day. That's just her—spreading joy and being her authentic self. She is the heart and soul of this company."

Matt's leadership, authenticity, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our team. His nominator spoke highly of his influence and the positive energy he brings to the workplace, highlighting why he is so deserving of this recognition.

"Matt is a role model for myself and several others due to the way he carries himself and guides the team to follow in his footsteps to build the highest quality products on the market. Matt is very authentic and brings joy to the work environment—deeming himself the Lord of Quality Control and consistently adding his own flair to his quality announcements during Mission Control Board meetings as well as individually with teammates so much that people look forward to what Matt will say in the meeting. Matt has spearheaded the effort to train people to be true craftspeople who take extreme pride in the work performed and feel the sense of accomplishment no matter what tasks they perform. Matt is always looking for ways to improve himself and his abilities while being the first to admit he does not know everything and is not perfect. Her passion for her work is so intense, you can often spot her literally running from one assignment to the next! Graham excels as a steward for Storyteller Overland, serving as a direct ambassador for our customers. Graham embodies kindness, empathy, and understanding towards both current and prospective customers throughout their purchasing journey. He consistently goes the extra mile to assist customers and team members, always maintaining a positive attitude. Graham is undeniably a driving force behind Storyteller.
